FireLogix Engineering, Ltd. is providing fire protection engineering design for this new US Courthouse in San Antonio, Texas for Brasfield & Gorrie. The US Courthouse project in San Antonio, TX includes a new 245,000 square foot building with approximately 80 parking spaces. The building will contain eight courtrooms (five district, two magistrate, 1 special proceeding) and thirteen chambers (seven district, three magistrate, and three special). The Courthouse will also house several tenant agencies including the US Courts, US Marshals Services, US Attorneys, and GSA. The project goal is to provide space that meets the ten year occupancy needs of the Courts and court related agencies. The delivery method for the project is design-build bridging.
